Pam SLocation was closed when drop of vehicle occurred. Had no contact with personnel, however it appeared as though we'll maintained. Easy pull in. Parking for closed hours drop is a little confusing as sign posted out front says no parking after 6 pm. The side is available for pull up and parking, however not sure of back as storage is there. Easy access to pull in and get out.

howell pGary's Gun & Pawn is in a excellent location off of Interstate 30 and South on US 271. Customer service inside was great inside and outside, but we forgot to check the tail lights.
Ken MDolly was missing at pickup. It was requested and not given.
Cruz GIf someone reserves a truck 2 weeks in advanced and the customer goes to pick up the truck and UHUAL some how "dropped the ball " and no longer have your truck additional training would be needing to not let this happen again. It cost me 3x the amount of money with this mess of a situation I endured during my time using UHUALs services. I'm highly disappointed with my experience.

Mike MThe location was fine. the online pickup was a disaster. Your system was too slow. It took forever, and I was showing 5G, so, i don't think it was the cell service. And then, it kept wanting my phone number, which I put in, and it kept saying already in use. It was a joke. I had to finally call and talk to someone. That person was very professional and helped out, but the overall online pick up experience was horrible. The whole thing ended up taking about 30 minutes to pick up the truck. Way too long. And, the person said since it was my first time using the online thing that Uhaul had to do some kind of extra verification. Needed a second person's number and had to call them. That's BS, all of that should have been handled before pick up day. You need to get your stuff straight on the online pick up, because i'm thinking it's a joke at this point.
Karl WThis was my first experience towing a 5x8 single axle enclosed trailer with a 2022 Chevrolet Traverse for 1,250 miles. It handled very well on all types of roads. This included very steep mountain and winding highways for 1,250 miles. We used the tow haul mode all the time and cruise control when possible. For towing a small trailer we needed a connector that reduces 7 to 4 pins. Initially we encountered problems with our factory installed tow haul pre installed electrical system. The rental owners diagnostics determined we weren't getting any electrical to the rear connector. Fortunately there was a Chevrolet dealer next door and they were able to resolve the problem. Once connected to the trailer all the electrical lighting worked perfectly. The trailer towed much better with a properly balanced load. I'd highly recommend this location for anyone needing a trailer.
