While I did get emails alerting me to the location of my UHaul, I was still taken aback at picking up a vehicle at a non-UHaul. A phone call/vmail message from a rep would have been very helpful or a true step by step video of the process. What should have only taken about 5 minutes took about 30 minutes due to my naivete and nervousness. Something about a brown-skinned fellow like me picking up a truck in OK felt shady as heck and could have been a situation. Otherwise, all good.
JOSE GConvince store location so you have to wait on checking out other customers. Did not have ability to adjust contract for U Haul error costing me more money.
