No fault of the location, I think when ordering online, I don’t think the accessories should be generic, but according to the location. Overall good experience.

Jonathan JMy experience was extremely frustrating. The communication was poor from the start. The equipment indicated that the tire needed air when I started it, but then I was told I would have to fill it myself. As I continued, the warning lights on the equipment kept turning off, as well as the exterior lights on the vehicle and I was informed I would need to upgrade because no other equipment was available in the 10-foot size. To make matters worse, the additional equipment I ordered wasn’t in the U-Haul, so I had to go back inside to retrieve it. Closing my account was just as bad—I had to call U-Haul twice and waited over two weeks for a resolution. A friend of mine mentioned that this isn’t typical for U-Haul, but after this experience, I’m so disheartened that I will likely never use the service again and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially the location I dealt with. Overall, it was a poor-quality vehicle with terrible communication.
Traice-Ann DWe were not checked in or out and mistakenly left a lock on the back door which was taken by staff as they phoned but we lived too far away with no transportation to come and get the lock.

GAGANPREET DWasted one and half hour for no reason
ONKAR KI have a hard time getting anyone on the phone at this location. They run a few other businesses so not sure if they are understaffed/too busy. I was not notified that they didn't have the truck size I booked (but I did get a bigger one in it's place at least). They did not do any checks to it when I picked up, did not check it with me afterwards. Customer service/friendliness would go a long way :) but no real issues came up during the rental.

Edward CThe truck was less than a quarter full though which was not very nice. Also I think it is pretty crap that the trucks done have Cruze control along with the crap engines they have. Diesels would be a much better option and done correctly would last longer and use less fuel. The things are fat American pigs on fuel when they don't need to be. I would not rent another one based on driving it again to move city's. Non of this has to do with the locations and everything to do with the policies and trucks used.

Yvonne MNot sure where to put this comment as it is in regards to moving help that I had made arrangements for. Kings moving should be removed immediately from U-Hauls list of recommended Movers. I called a month and a half prior to the move to confirm they got my request I called 3 weeks in advance to confirm the dates and the time again. Moving Day they were a no-show. When I called them three times before they would answer the phone, the last I heard from the supervisor is that they would check my request and they hung up. Never heard back. In the end we had two- 70 + year olds and two- 60-year-olds moving a house full of furniture and boxes. Totally totally unacceptable! Never ever ever book with these people !!!!!!!
Julie AWas charged $20.00 for 11 miles. Was not informed I had the option to fill back up instead of being charged by the mile. Complete rip off. 15’ truck also had a check engine light on.

Dae KMisogyny at its finest. As a female, walked in to return the truck and was told flat out "no you cannot return here, you have to go to different location". Then my husband walks in and I say to him, "we have to go to different location" and all of the sudden the agent grabs the keys and goes to check the mileage and fuel and returns the truck. Uhaul, you need to do something about this location.
BLAIR CThe dolly was parked in a puddle. The pick up process took so much longer than needed as the clerk was helping his convenience store customers and the sandwich bar in the middle of my pick up. It was not an experience I would like to repeat.

Tyler EThe worst Uhaul experience I ever had. Dirty truck in the cab and truck bed, maintenance on the truck very apparently needed, this vehicle should not be on the road, very unsafe ride. Over priced rental for the decapitated vehicle. Will never rent from this location again.
Hubert GThis is not the location I requested and had reserved weeks in advance. This was very much out of my way and very inconvenient as well as the truck not available for when having to book through the agent when informed of having to change location. Not happy having to make two trips completely out of my way to pick up a truck booked well in advance and only notified the evening prior.
Darryl NThe 26' truck that I reserved had a flat tire, so I had to use a 20' that was too small for our needs. The gentleman at the store was friendly and tried to help but there was nothing he could do. Also, I was promised a $50 credit for the inconvenience by the a uhaul service agent, but no credit was received.

Jesus MTruck had no brakes, or power. Bad squealing whining noises and Sounds. Trucks passenger side door didn’t close and lock knob was broken. The U-Haul app didn’t work to make reservation, or pick up truck properly. Long wait time to rent if you go inside and don’t use mobile check in.

Michael DHad a difficult time communicating with the cashier. He made a few calls and spoke a foreign language to whoever he was speaking to. The cashier was unable to finish the transaction as he didn’t have the proper number, or so he said. I was advised to wait to get an email, which arrived the next day Customer service skills are lacking and it’s not likely I’ll do business with the Chestermere location or the 52 st se U-haul locations in Calgary. I believe U-Haul needs to better screen who they get to run their business.
Loren KChanged my reservation 3 times. I understand the first time, but u-haul moved my pickup location further, therefore charging me more money due to the extra kms. They also changed it 4 hours before my pickup time.. And the second reservation said it was guaranteed as well… yikes. Never going with u-haul again, even if there is a fire! It’s not this locations fault at all, the guy who set me up was pretty cool. This is more dedicated to uhaul in general.
Jacob WThe particular truck I had was quite noisy and requires work on exhaust system. It was okay for my short term needs but I wouldn’t have used it for a long haul.
John vThe trailer doesn’t have a jack and is Very heavy to lift. The roll up door doesn’t open fully. The staff is very nice.
Rick RMy experience was well with U-haul and the truck was clean, however, there was no windshield water to clean as windshield was so dusty. It was just that I hope this will be taken care of.
