Customer service was extremely lacking, they tried to upsell me despite my reservation being made online. The truck had mud, spilled liquids on the seats and dash, as well as long hairs in the cup holders and on the dash. I have never gotten a U-haul that was this gross inside. We only needed it for a few hours, and if the fella behind the counter was actually willing to talk to us then I’d have just gone to the cobblestone location just up the road. Will never be going to this one again…….
