The truck had very little fuel, we had to put fuel in but not sure how much we would use. We ended up giving the van back with at least $50.00 in fuel. U-Haul vehicles should be fueled every time a customer returns the truck it should not be the person picking the truck up. I was so disappointed with this, I will never use U-Haul again :( Bad service and the reps in the store do not care :( The hood of the truck was open only after we had driven for a period of tine. This should not have happened these trucks should be inspected before the are rented out again. Fortunately nothing happened but this could have been a nightmare and extremely bad accident if the hood flew off the truck :( The trucks are a buttle of bolts. Chestermere U-Haul should be ashamed of the service they are providing. U-Haul should be ashamed of the service they are providing, especially the fuel issue. I have commercial units, a school bus, 3 shuttle vans and I would never have passengers in these units if they were the same condition as the truck we rented :( VERY POOR SERVICE

Huge potholes in the parking lot. Litter next to the trucks. Otherwise decent and convenient.
Anthony AWorst experience with Uhaul ever. Had to remove tons of snow from truck myself, full of dust inside. Grease marks on all my cloths after driving and loading stuff. Full tank was marked on paper but found it 1/4 tank when I started the truck. The lady was arguing for everything for no reason. I drove 8miles and fueled the truck with $10 but it wasn’t enough for the lady. 7 liters of gas is not enough for 8miles?? Totally unprofessional and disappointing.
