Had issues with the Uhaul application due to connectivity. However the person at the Gas and Food location went out of his way to help me check out the truck. I greatly appreciated his help.

The place I picked up the Trailer took 2 hours to get the contract ready. The store owner was on facetime with a person working there trying to show him how to use the system. Proceeded to yell at me over facetime that I should have filled this out previously before arriving. Told me they only had 6 furniture carpets when I requested 12. Then yelled at me when I only returned the 6 that they gave me and called me a liar. THEN FUCKING Charged me for the rugs that I never got in the first place.
Evan CThe parking lot was kind of small and took a bit of maneuvering to get the truck in the right place. But we got it done. They were friendly and helpful.
Mary HFilling out all the info to rent/ pick up then returning was a hassle. Also, for the fuel, we drove only 9 miles and did not let the truck idle. If the truck only gets 9 mpg, the $22 charge was very steep for one gallon, even at today's prices.
