It took 30 minutes to finally receive the key for the truck. The clerk was more than nice but seemed unfamiliar with the software. When the truck was finally opened, it did not contain the dollie or moving pads I ordered. Very frustrating. I have since been refunded for those.

Ricky DThe place I picked up the Trailer took 2 hours to get the contract ready. The store owner was on facetime with a person working there trying to show him how to use the system. Proceeded to yell at me over facetime that I should have filled this out previously before arriving. Told me they only had 6 furniture carpets when I requested 12. Then yelled at me when I only returned the 6 that they gave me and called me a liar. THEN FUCKING Charged me for the rugs that I never got in the first place.
