maria ehad reserved my equipment pickup for 4:00 PM, and I arrived at 4:50 PM. I never imagined that the pickup time would be enforced with such military-style rigidity. The person who assisted me did provide the equipment, but he had THE WORST ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was extremely rude and seemed to be trying to intimidate me. His behavior was completely unprofessional and, frankly, ridiculous. Unfortunately, I had to tolerate his terrible attitude because I needed the trailer and the next available location was too far away. But this gentleman, Antonio, was disrespectful, rude, arrogant, and completely lacking in basic customer-service skills. He spoke to me as if I were his child rather than a paying customer. I will NEVER return to this location. The way I was treated was unacceptable and showed an incredible lack of professionalism and basic manners.
Juan RCurly was very friendly and super helpful. Had a variety of vans that were different sizes and upgrades. Clear and concise on what to expect with the U-Haul experience and did not disappoint.

Juan VI have used U-Haul many times in my life for many moves, long distance & local. When I showed up at my regular dealer they did not have my 20' truck that I had reserved 2 weeks prior. I was told I was reassigned to an other dealer. Engine blew, it happens. Panic set in: people are waiting for me and extra labor was hired. I called the new location which was not that far from the original. I spoke to a gentleman named Curley and he reassured me he had my 20' truck. He made the whole process painless. Upon arrival Curley processed my Rental and I was off. I found Curley to be highly efficient, professional and friendly! Keep up the good work.
