You can talk to the person renting the truck to make sure that they don't have any conflict with the location,since it was supposed to be picked up at a different locationMalinda H.
I returned the Uhaul after hours and directions for dropping it off was unclear. There was no one available . I called uhaul and they also could not give me an answer as to drop off instructions. I ultimately had to leave the uhaul outside the gate which was an unettling experience.Travis J.

The bottom bracket in the back of the truck was broken so unable to secure the truck load. Inside of cab was not cleaned, had food and cigarette burns. Inside of truck was not swept. It took 25 minutes to load the photos on the sign to then update all the issues on the outside as the photos are at least 9 months out of date. The outside of the truck was covered in red mud and we had to clean it in order to see through the windows and mirrors clearly. The passenger side mirror was immovable. The drivers side speaker does not work and emits a high-pitched squeal the entire time the radio is on.Amanda S.

You can improve by step 1 not changing someone's reservation and then charging them for extra miles when they have to drive to different locations because you changed everything. You calculated my miles for the reservation I had and then after you switched it I had to drive to farther locations which added on more miles, miles on my vehicle, and my paying more in gas. Disappointed with how you changed everything on me and then charge me an additional 34 dollars. Thanks U-HaulANTHONY M.

It's a little bit of a odd, cramped Location, but it's fine. The manager is good and the service was good. The trailer was a little bit dirty, but not bad. Overall, an acceptable experience. I would rent there again.David W.

Van ran good but had a broken windshield and no tail lights or brake lights on the left side. I have rented many trucks for personal and business use and they were always well maintained.this was kind of a let down.DAVID T.

2 things: First, communication when I picked up the truck was not good. I've only used U-Haul once before myself and I was not notified about the digital check out form I would need to fill out. So I completely forgot about it and left without filling it out. The link was expired by the time I got home. Second, that truck needed some definite maintenance. Last time I drove a U-Haul it was from Washington state to Utah. Everything was smooth the whole way. Despite being a big truck I felt little in the way of bumps. This time I could tell right away that the alignment and shocks were definitely bad. There was one point I was backing up and with my foot on the break (not even close to touching the gas) the truck suddenly revved and I had to hit the break harder to keep from hitting the car parked behind me. That needs to be worked on. I get that maintenance like that can only happen if the customer notifies the employees if the issues. I hope that can be done.Lindsey W.

The mobile check-in system needs some serious streamlining. I will probably never use that again if I can help it. Additionally, the employee I returned the truck to said he would take care of checking it back it, and then didn't. My contract remained active until I finally got someone else on the phone at the end of the day (I called several times throughout the afternoon with no answer) and a different employee took care of it. Kudos to the 2nd guy, because he took care of it in under 30 seconds.Hayden M.

Was relocated day before move to a location 40 miles away, after I had scheduled and paid a guarantee to have a 20 ft truck at a location in Tooele. Morning of the move the location was changed again to a location that was even further. Cost me hours of coordinating and re-coordinating and ultimately the time lost cost me a mover and about $60 extra just in gas. Additionally, I ordered 2 dolly's that were not available at the location where the truck was picked up.Matthias P.

I was particularly impressed by the man working the office both when I picked up and dropped off a pickup truck for a local move He was quite helpful and affable, but more importantly, when the incorrect mileage was given on the paperwork (apparently due to the previous renter, not UHaul) he immediately corrected the mistake, saving me from an additional charge for 100 miles extra over the 17 miles I actually drove the vehicle.Robert W.

I tried to do all of the sign and steps ahead of time and I didn't actually get to the part where it was asking for copies of my ID and a reference until I got to the location. I think it would be good to make sure that part of the process is prompted sooner because me and my friend were at the van ready to get in it and then it took 20 minutes of work until we could actually get to that point.Emily S.
The location is very minimal as there isn't a lot here. It's not in the greatest part of town as well and you just park it and leave it on the street. It was a very simple process but still not that inherent.Samuel P.

Service at the Uhaul center was great, but my service with the movers that I hired was awful. First, they dropped and completely destroyed an expensive dresser. They were extremely slow to move and one of the movers dropped a weight rack that chipped my marble floor. They also left the job and had to bring another team on that I had to pay out of pocket to finish the job. I can provide photos of the broken items, but I would appreciate a refund for the moving service. The items we purchased such as the furniture pads, etc. never showed up.Courtland S.
Your mobile app has bugs. It took us 20 minutes to pick up the truck and near an hour to drop off because the app wouldn't recognize the photos taken. We restarted the app and it worked fine. Dropping the truck off became an issue because there was not parking for the truck. We parked it the best we could and took pictures of the street if needed. There was clearly no other place to park. The person I spoke with in the phone indicated that the location would be open when I arrived at 6pm. There wasn't anyone around. Gates were locked and I got zero help from the uhaul person that answered the forwarded phone. I like uhaul and appreciate the service provided. Thank you very much.Steven H.
