Did electronic check in. My reserved truck was for 7:30am for 4 hours. Started the electronic process at 7:20am, it was completed at 8am and they started the “rental clock” at 7:30am, so I then only had 3 ½ hours to use the truck. :(

Site manager was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I had to unexpectedly extend my rental because I couldn't make delivery until Sunday and he was extremely helpful in assisting me with the logistics.

There is a disconnect between the reservation and the actual locations inventory. In our situation it was very important to have the equipment at a certain time. During the reservation process it was confirmed that the equipment we wanted would be at the location and at the time it was requested. Then I received an email informing that the location and time had changed. Being from out of state and having limited time to go elsewhere, made it a frustrating reservation process. The pickup location was friendly and helpful and the drop off went well. This situation has happened with uhaul before and I’m unimpressed with how they continue to have issues when making a reservation.

Your new system for approving photos of any possible damage before departing with truck is cool but not easy to spot existing damage in photos and the "X" for preexisting damage in the truck. Both could be more prominent. Also, key drop off was confusing since sign said to use website but that wouldn't pull up well on my smartphone. Still happy though with service and equipment!

Phone based customer service was poor when trying the contract by a day. Very confusing process, multiple call backs and transfers were involved. This cannot be that unusual a request and should be easier
