I was overcharged on multiple fronts and I have pictures to support all my claims. 1. fuel: literally looted here. I barely used the fuel and still returned vehicle with EXTRA fuel than originally given still i was charged with fuel surcharge 30 dollars + 2 gallen fuel. and since i already refilled with extra fuel, i got double charged.. 2. Miles: I used 7 miles only out of committed 10 miles. and bill came with that i used 19 miles, how is that possible??? I've pictures of the time i took the truck and it's mileage and the time i returned it with fuel level. so yeah i know how much i actually used.

There was no person there when I dropped it off. There were some homeless men checking on the area and scoping out the trucks. This was around midnight.

ANTHONY AThe code for the lock box did not work. I had to call customer service and we learned that the locks had been mixed up. I finally got into the truck and the mileage and the fuel level did not match the app. The mileage was off by 200+ miles and the fuel level was off by about a half of a tank. This delayed me even further. I had to call customer service again and send a picture of the fuel level and mileage.
