We requested a different drop off and was told they needed it here more than bountiful so we agreed but didn’t know they expected us to clean it unlike the other 3 locations we have now been to in the last week and now we got a $25 charge. This is ridiculous and unprofessional even after i spoke to the owner he refused to do anything for us. We did them a favor agreeing to bring it here and got screwed out of not cleaning it. Donot agree to use this location ever!! Sketchy location and locked out because it’s in a storage unit and no one road parking available either. Notify returns that they need to clean and have access to enter gate or assigned parking for trucks to park in.
MINDY YImprove the app. It forced me to buy the 30 extra service i didnt want and it was a pain in the ass to use thr pickup process. Some poor soul called my fiance to verify, i get security and all but it makes me want to aboid using the app or pickup service again. The lady who called was super calm and proffesional, i cant remember her name.
Nikolas Shomeless were allowed to sleep in the units between rentals and the office person asked if we wanted it swept out before we took it!!!
JOHN HVery friendly staff, who were incredibly helpful and kind. A gentleman unhooked the trailer, another person did inspections of condition. I let them know about the slow leak in tire. Easy in and out.
