The man who helped me was so kind and helpful. In addition to asking for feedback about the online check-in process, he went above and beyond to help me out when I locked myself out of my car.

Manager was super helpful and friendly. I like your new app system that allowed me to get the truck after hours. Location was a little tough to find. But everything went well. I love Uhaul and will always be a loyal customer.

We have always been able to get a truck when we need it and the truck is ready to go. We do not spend much time having to fill out paper work so that saves us time too.

Friendly, prepared on arrival and vehicle clean.

It was kinda hard for me to figure out where to park the truck. Maybe some bigger, clearer sinage in the future.

When I went to pick up the U-Haul truck at the location I had requested (Bountiful, UT) and that was confirmed to me by email (see text below), they did not have the truck on site. They made me travel to an alternate location in Salt Lake City, UT to get the truck. Needless to say, this was an inconvenience for me and added additional time to my travel plans that I had not expected. If U-HAUL is not going to or cannot have the requested truck on site at the intended pick up location, you should make arrangements to have to truck brought in and not force the customer to travel to an alternate location. That's definitely not putting the customer first and something you should remedy in the future. As for the truck itself, it was great and got the job done. No concerns on that end. The operator of this facility was extremely competent and optimistic. He fixed the multiple problems caused by U-Hauls main operating system and the previous U-Haul location I patronized. I will call him first on my next Salt Lake City move.

Make sure that the location you give as a drop off point can actually accept a 15' truck. This guy was awesome in that he helped me get my truck to another place and he gave me a ride. Above and beyond!

None really. It was a quality experience!

1. Don't let clients book equipment at one location if the equipment is not available. 2. If the equipment is not available at the location requested, call and email until you get ahold of the client and leave messages. 3. If the location is changed without the customer being informed, apologize and offer some sort of restitution and empathy. 4. Don't have managers simply scoff at a client and say "we can't do that". Instead have them try to find a solution to help the client. 5. When the client calls the logistics group who says the location has your equipment have the manager apologize instead of shrugging his shoulders and acting as if his disregard for your situation and poor service and attitude isn't a big deal.

Our pick up time was at 8am but the office, located behind a security fence didn't open til 9am. Our box truck had over 76,000 miles on it, a broken handle to roll the window down and down shifted to hard w the touch of the peddle. We were convinced people lived out of some of the storage units.
