I kept trying to request an extra day twice but was not being told the right information when calling to request and I actually got charged for 96hrs/4 days when I didn't even use like 26 of the hours

Al RevetaDrop off location over 30 miles away, when two locations in town. It is not customers responsibility to maintain inventory. Should have been compensated for gas. Seems everything was done to drive up cost. Conoco station at uhaul location would not accept conoco gas card, (would have reduced gas price by 25 cents/gal.) gas paid for converted to cryptocurrency, Shady. Still have not rec'd email confirmation of return or receipt for gas .All the guy said was, "you'll get an email".

Erica VillegasU-Haul website either has bugs or U-Haul is intentionally dishonest. I specifically selected I did not want insurance. Imagine my surprise when I was billed $14 for insurance. This fits my prior experience with U-Haul and I only rent from U-Haul when other options are unavailable.
Steve MarcusThe truck was late, no one called me. My charges were double what they should be. No one smiled. No one said "thanks for your business." In trying to get the charges correct, the local agent said it wasn't his job to make it right, rather he wanted to give me a uhaul phone number to contact and work it out. I said it was between uhaul and him, not me. The case is still open and pending. Overall, the truck was fine, everything else was poor.

Mario GarciaWe were charged for an extra day, extra milage, and extra coverage. I feel this should not have been done because we had to drive so far to pick up the truck and we had it over the 4th of July weekend and it is hard to get help to load and unload the truck. It would have been much more reasonable if U-Haul would have allowed us to have the truck until Monday. WE turned it in early Monday morning.
William PerryThe equipment was not up to standard and the location seemed to have no idea what they were doing. The equipment needs to be checked out better before customers leave. I didn't know what to look for and assumed the provider would have my best interest and safety in mind.
Carrie PaquetteIt’s clear where the office is located but it’s closed. No where does it indicate (a sign) where to go. You have to assume it’s next door at the restaurant. It was discouraging because he’s running a restaurant (cooking and prepping) taking care of the gas station (customers at the gas pumps) and trying to take care of us. He didn’t go inspect the truck with us like they’ve done in the past. Kinda too much going on there plus it was located 10 miles outside of the main town. Not saying I wouldn’t use U-haul again but I do know I won’t be doing business at that location.

We kept it like 30 more minutes and we were charged another day... and then we were charged a dolly for 2 days when we didn't end up reserving or picking that up. I was charged $167.00 when it should have been about $75.00. Seriously, what a rip off.

Cecil WardThe attendant was distracted and did not put his phone down to focus on my needs. Due to his lack of attention, one of the straps on the vehicle tower came loose, noted by the border check agent, and could have resulted in a catastrophic issue. He did not cover all the details of chain requirements. Only until drop off did I learn that a chain connection was required to secure the vehicle properly.
bertha morenoI would have been better serviced at the location across from the school south of Silver City and closer to town for acquiring the wiring adapter I needed. Salem was great. U-Haul computer reservations are APALLING! What a waste of my time that was. Everything pre-arranged to save time? You must be joking!!!!

JOSEPH CORDOVAThis is a new U-Haul location and it is very easy to park, navigate. The personnel is still learning, but think it will be nice once it is up and running for awhile. Personnel tried to research our payment issue with the original store.
