What I had reserved 2 weeks before the date of use and confirmed by 2 different people I never got. I had to go 20 kilometers out of my way so added kilometers and was more money than the unit I had reserved. Overall a very poor experience and a big difference from 2 years ago when I used U-haul last.Donald S.

Don't offer online services. It's terribly cumbersome. I am a savvy person, and it was horrible. The staff and truck were great! No complaints there. You need to make your system more user friendly. Too many steps and it took a long time for it to accept my ending odometer reading. It kept putting in a decimal place. I hope someone less savvy never tries to figure this out! I'll be using in person only next time.Jessy D.

Potholes in parking lots are not a great way to start off on a truck rental. It was hard not to find one when exiting the location. I had originally booked the truck for a location in Lindsay, where it said that it would be available. Had to make an extra 20 min drive to Pontypool to pick up the truck, then get charged for extra mileage as the extra distance to get back to loading location. The truck should have been available at the location selected.BRUCEW W.

No improvement needed at the Gaynors Towing location. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the lady helping me, but she was amazing. Went way above and beyond to help me. I would highly reccoment this particular location for a future U-haul truck rental.ryan D.

make sure when you book it on the internet head office gets it right...I was charged the 50.00 insurance when I told them I had my own....after asking about it in Pontypool I was told that everyone is charged this ....as far as im concern I was charged for something I already had ...Garnet S.
Met with the service / repair manger (Daniel Girard) at this location the following day and he was very concerned ,courteous and helpful. Unfortunately I would have felt better if there was a reasonable explanation for the detachment so I would feel better the next time a rental trailer is required. BBarry W.
the TELEPHONE customer service was poor at best. I was trying to figure out what time i could drop off the truck and if the drop off site was closed would there be a drop off box. The pick us site said to call the drop off site, and the drop off site said i should call the pick up site for info.I also was told I had the truck for 24 hours, yet when i picked up the truck in person, they told me I had it for 48 hours. I got conflicting info from both ends. In the end, when I showed up in person, i had all the info i needed. Perhaps the people i was speaking to did NOT have my contract up and could not answer my questions correctly. In the end, all worked out well but i was quite confusing at first.sylvia A.

Not happy with the fact that i had to drive to pontypool from oshawa to pick the truck up then to drop it off i had to drive to paris from cambridge. I know uhaul has closÃ©r locations and that was very inconvienient and on top of that i was charged extra for going over in km when i had a ton of extra km added by doing all the driving for pick up and drop off. This does not reflect on the staff at this location. The lady i dealt with was very nice and knowledgable.Brandon D.
