Over charged for only 6 hours. We were charged for a full 24 hours,charged for a dolly,charged for insurance. The store owner did not ask if we wanted to use the insurance or dolly. He just charged us. I am very disappointed and very dissatisfied. The u haul truck was dirty. It had not been swept prior to our rental agreement. We had to sweep n clean it

Personnel did not help putting the equipment into its designated area. We had to do it ourselves. Poor service
Samson VHave equipment arrive on time. And not only did I wait an hour for the trailer to show up the person at the counter changed my settings on the reservation from no insurance to the max insurance so now it cost me way more. When I shoulda got the 50 dollar reservation guarantee not only did I miss that but it cost me another 40 bucks on top of that.... messed up....
