Have equipment arrive on time. And not only did I wait an hour for the trailer to show up the person at the counter changed my settings on the reservation from no insurance to the max insurance so now it cost me way more. When I shoulda got the 50 dollar reservation guarantee not only did I miss that but it cost me another 40 bucks on top of that.... messed up....
