Front desk staff needs to sound more professional when handling phone calls trying to walk someone through getting a reservation. If a person needs to download an app, just pleasantly let them know that the fastest, easiest way to handle a reservation is through the app. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous in person. May just need a reminder that when a customer walks into the office, they should be acknowledged somehow, even when on the phone, and even when they are struggling to get the U-Haul website to cooperate.
