Charged me for overnight when she was told I would bring it back in 2hrs. This was also during the morning!

Fire the manager and close it down. I rented a small single axle 4 x 8 trailer for a one-way trip to NYC 1500 miles away. About 100 miles into the trip the trailer started to vibrate and rattle because it had a bad tire. I didn’t know this until 500 miles later when a good Samaritan told me about the tire, vibrating and bouncing up and down on the highway, I pulled into a truckstop and called roadside assistance, who was very responsive and in about two hours, came to change the tire. The Melissa, Texas location. Said they were going to see about a refund for my trouble and anguish, but I never heard back from them and I’m filing a complaint with the company.

The young woman who checked me in and out was friendly, professional and communicated the fees and contract clearly. I will always use this location for my future moving needs.

For such an austere location - the check in and check out process is remarkably efficient. The staff are polite, conversational, and knock out the process very quickly.

YOU MADE THE WRONG RESERVATION. I REQUESTED 200 MILES FOR A 1 WAY MOVE. THE RESERVATION SAID IN TOWN. YOU THEN CHARGED ME $594 FOR A WRONG DROP OFF!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE.

When driving in there is no way to see where to drop off the vehicle & no person to help you find it (no visible office). Personnel were helpful but it is a lot more of a truck service center than a UHaul dealership.

Poor communication. Offered concessions you could bot provide. Did not make sure client was securely driving off property. Left back door open leading to damage costs. I am disappointed with uhaul and their treatment of me.

I have no issues with the location, but the truck I rented had one working headlight, a malfunctioning passenger door, and a very soft brake pedal.

Signage could be improved upon and locating the truck could’ve been easier. Additionally, some form of lighting for evening pickups would be helpful. Felt like I was in someone’s storage yard and anyone could come and go as they please, including those who shouldn’t be there. Not the safest feeling place. With that said, no problems with the rental itself.
