When driving in there is no way to see where to drop off the vehicle & no person to help you find it (no visible office). Personnel were helpful but it is a lot more of a truck service center than a UHaul dealership.

It is literally a field with a car port tent as an office.
Chance GPoor communication. Offered concessions you could bot provide. Did not make sure client was securely driving off property. Left back door open leading to damage costs. I am disappointed with uhaul and their treatment of me.
