The Gem Motors team was great! I made a Uhaul reservation the night before and arrived with no problems. I rented a 6x12 trailer and dropped off the same day. The trailer was in good condition and I have zero complaints. I will definitely use both Uhaul and the Gem Motor team again.

Jessen DThere must have been a hole in the roof because It rained on my way to my destination. When we unloaded the truck, boxes that where towards the front were drenched. They opened on time and where extremely friendly and quick to check me in and get me on the road. I Would definitely recommend them!

Madison HVehicle was great...I was even surprised at how little gas consumtion there was (10' truck). The staff was courtious and very helpful in explaining charges. Can't ask for much more.

ALBERT PAll of their trucks drove like shit. All need wheel , alignments, rotate balance and probably new suspension. First truck given to me was shaking and jumping up and down. Come to find out all of them were like that. Also no appliance dolly’s. Very expensive for a very poor maintained vehicle. They had over 2 weeks to get me a good one and it drove like shit for my whole trip. Wasn’t happy but nothing I could do as I was scheduled to move that day. Service your vehicle as THEY ARE NOT SAFE FOR THE ROAD.
MARC RY'all need to do something to adjust that mileage because it don't make no debt sense how high the mileage is raise the price of the rental on the truck cuz that mileage kills it I wanted to rent again but I didn't because of the mileage
Freda BThe location printed out on my order for return was Humble Like-New Auto. When I got there they said "Uhaul" switched the delivery location to GEM Motors - they obviously didn't want to get off their ass to receive a 5X8 trailer. GEM motors was very prompt and helpful when I got there. However, the experience with Humble Like-New Auto soured my whole rental experience (it was a pain backing up out of this location). I recommend you get rid of the Humble Lie-new (typo to lie from like but appropriate so I left it in) Auto location. Especially since there is a great location (GEM motors) just down the street.

They have a big fleet selection, which makes it easy to find exactly what I need every time. This is my go-to U-Haul location and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable rentals and great customer service.

MICHAEL OThe two gentlemen who helped me were kind, swift, knowledgeable and most of all professional. The entire situation just worked out perfectly. I purchased a mattress from the company next door, my car wasn’t big enough to carry the mattress home so I went next door to U-HAUL, rented the perfect sized truck, got my mattress home and then returned the truck. It’s the perfect setup. Otherwise I would have had to wait until 6pm to have my mattress delivered. My overall experience was literally perfect.

VIOLET RGet other location to learn great customer service from this store manager. He communicated with a phone call , just to meet and greet. Then he accommodated my schedule change , and gave one of the better condition trucks. He walked me through all the features and making sure I had enough insurance coverage, that I didn't know exist. Awesome guy.

Maria Jthis contractors for this address 3225 FM 1960 Rd E. Humble, Tx. They are extremely irresponsible I was asked to park my vehicle towards the fence in their lot. My vehicle was hit by another renter. Its being 2 weeks and not to avail now the patron is telling us that they are not responsible for the damage of my car and they will not provide a video of the accident. I was also told by the worker at that time "that will take care of the accident", now they do not want to help us. There are no signs that states different that damage to your car is not their responsibility
