Excellent service
Sondra PI was shocked to discover that when the staff helped attach the trailer, the coupler was only placed onto the hitch ball and was not properly tightened and locked. Because I trusted that the staff had connected the trailer safely, I did not double-check it myself. During the drive, the trailer came off the hitch. Thankfully, the two safety chains held it in place and no traffic accident occurred. This could have resulted in a very serious accident. I can only say that the installation was handled extremely carelessly. When it comes to towing equipment, this kind of mistake is unacceptable because it directly affects the safety of everyone on the road.
LONG WWe waited too long to get out vehicle. The first one wasn't fit to drive. We had to take it back and get it replaced which took over an hour to get another vehicle. When we returned it we were overcharged by 3.5 times and then had to persist to get the price adjusted so that we were not overcharged.
