Charlene LGot charged a cleaning fee but the truck was immaculate when dropped off. Realizing I forgot a Bluetooth speaker in the cab, I called during business hours to see if they had found it, and they hadn’t but offered for me to come look for it. It was indeed in the cab and I retrieved it. I’m curious how I could be charged for a cleaning fee when they clearly didn’t check it over enough to find a Bluetooth speaker, but they somehow found other sufficient debris to consider it dirty? Returned it early, clean, and with full gas, but still charged a cleaning fee when something as obvious as a speaker went unnoticed. The $25 fee won’t break me enough to fight it, but I feel like they just wanted more money. Not a place I would likely want to do business with again.
