Be more accurate with your trailer information on your web site. I was lucky enough to mention to Mr. Barrel that I was using the trailer to pick up a side by side. He informed me that the trailer I reserved would not accomodate my side by side . It saved me a big headache

Long TTruck was filthy inside, beverage spills all around cup holders, dirt on the floor and seat crevasses. Nothing was wiped down prior to rental. Windshield ( on the inside) was so dirty, night time driving was not possible as visibility greatly obscured by dirt. ( looked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag).
Derek GPainfully slow… I did a pickup through the app and it still took me over 30 min to get the key and be on my way… and I was the only customer. Drop off was equally slow. Also I was charged to fill it with more gas than it started with. Tried showing a pic of the gas gauge which clearly showed that it was lower than what he was saying it started at, but he wouldn’t even look at it. Couldn’t be bothered to push the issue further because I’d already wasted enough time with him. Definitely will not return and will look at other renting options in the future.

Henry GI was quoted unlimited milage,but was charged 1.43 per km.when I checked the uhaul web site the rental on a moving truck states .89km. The attendant advise me of unlimited kms

Scott TIt was a useless rental. They couldn't even lift the piano to transport it. I ended up paying for a uhaul for nothing. The piano ended up staying. We couldn't get it. A waste of money it was. It's upsetting.
