The location and service were fine. Very disappointed to be given a truck that should not be driven on highway or any road with more than single lanes. The passenger side mirror had bungee cord with hooks to hold mirror in place. Mirror was not secure with same and safety concern as could not be used to change lanes as couldn’t see with it as it moved drastically especially on highway. Safety concern and should not be on road in disrepair like this. Called customer service and was advised management would be in touch and a discount for the experience would be provided. No contact received as yet. Rental was June 21/26 so hope to receive contact this week hopefully. Past experience with uhaul in regards to roadworthy vehicles have been good. This was the exception. Safety hazard and an accident could easily occur due to inability to see in mirror
Angela AAttendant was one of the worst representatives of U-Haul I have ever experienced. Took me out to the trailer and got all weird while i was backing up to it. Then left me to back up and hook up trailer by myself.

BARRYE HAt this operation, I was treated with respect in the same manner as I was accustomed to at the U-haul location in Hanwell, N.B. The vehicle was ready when I arrived and when I returned the truck was quickly processed. I will be back.
