ROBERT PPlace was closed. Went down the road to another location. The girl there was wonderful. However, I still did NOT get any money back that customer service was supposed to check into. The girl had to call three or four times to get a human on the phone only to find out she couldnt take the uhall at that location. We spent over an hour trying to return it. We had to go back to the closed location that was supposed to be open!!!!! And I still did not receive the phone call I was supposed to get. Also I did not receive any money back. The Uhaul was reserved in Georgetown DE. The night before we picked up we were called and said they didn't have the one we wanted there that was quoted for 89.95. That we would have to go to Seaford. We went there and picked up, told the man there we wanted to return to Georgetown because thats where we orginally reserved it. And he charged double the price. He was NOT helpful at all.

ERNEST CFirst the good - The rep Oliva was new and was very kind. The bad - I waited over an hour - the key for the cargo van was in a lockbox outside which would not open. So the agent tried to get me another cargo van. One was available in Dagsboro but it was a 20 min drive. She upgraded me to a 20” ft box truck which was overkill but I understood that was my only option

DANYELL MVan was dirty inside & out. Driver, passenger & back windows were smeared with road salt. I had to wash the windows so I could see. The heat worked fine, but smelled like horse manure. So did the inside of the van. Right Rear tire showed low air when I started the van. It was 60psi, had to inflate to be able to make my trip. Oil change light came on towards the end of the trip.
Paula RTold to drop key on desk and they would send receipt after truck inspection. All told I was there 5 minutes.
ROBERT SSite manager was very helpful in getting a computer systems error resolved and the rental paperwork executed. Very friendly and accommodating. He deserves a raise.

CRAIG HDefinitely get the guys over there a raise so polite and friendly very helpful place was clean clean and the truck was nice looking. No fault to them in anyway shape or form but I think that truck needs a lil servicing trans check and the shifter doesn't lock into place sometimes other than that awesome service and made my mother very happy getting the whole place cleaned out for less than 200 bucks

MICHAEL RThere was some debris in the trailer when we picked it up and there was something spilled on wall and floor that I had to clean up.
John GOffice was closed, car trailer was stuck to truck. Struggled for two hours trying to self return car transport trailer. Delaware has very few U-Haul dealers that provide assistance or support service, consider other companies in this area for moving trucks and supplies. Overall, the experience was negative and expensive.
