Place was closed. Went down the road to another location. The girl there was wonderful. However, I still did NOT get any money back that customer service was supposed to check into. The girl had to call three or four times to get a human on the phone only to find out she couldnt take the uhall at that location. We spent over an hour trying to return it. We had to go back to the closed location that was supposed to be open!!!!! And I still did not receive the phone call I was supposed to get. Also I did not receive any money back. The Uhaul was reserved in Georgetown DE. The night before we picked up we were called and said they didn't have the one we wanted there that was quoted for 89.95. That we would have to go to Seaford. We went there and picked up, told the man there we wanted to return to Georgetown because thats where we orginally reserved it. And he charged double the price. He was NOT helpful at all.
