No one was in the office to help me troubleshoot an issue with the app. I ended up working with corporate to resolve a problem with the reservation, since I wasn't listed on it. Having someone available on site would have saved a good bit of time.

They have several satelight locations to pick up a Uhaul truck. However, I was not aware of this until after the day before I requested the truck. It all worked out great overall.
