It took forever (over 1 hr.) to pick up the truck using the key from the key box. I was charged for 2 gallons of gas at over $5 even though the tank was not full when I picked up the truck. The truck smelled pretty bad. Not happy AM

Make sure the truck has gas for next client. Lower the mileage rate and offer late drop off.
