Very convenient location, great staff

First, the representative at the Get N Go location made me move my reservation from 7 AM to 8 AM, but never actually updated the reservation with U-Haul. So when I showed up at 8 I couldn’t pick up the truck and had to call support to fix the reservation time to allow for pickup. Then, when I finally got most of the way through pickup, the representative didn’t have the keys or a lockbox or the code to open the back of the truck. Instead I had to call support again to get in touch with a field manager that had the code to get in the back of the truck where the keys were. U-Haul support was very helpful, the representative at Get N Go was NOT. He was very rude and unhelpful. We ended up leaving the lot at 10 AM. 3 hours AFTER the original reservation time. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Cabin was filthy. Back storage had old broken materials left in it. There was no Dropbox either. I had to give it to the gas station attendant and he wouldn’t let me leave until I did the inspection with him even though I had already recorded and uploaded all the documentation. I kept asking the staff member what are we doing right now and they wouldn’t say a word back to me. I must’ve asked him 3 times.
