The description where the key box is was horrible ("Northwest corner of Kidder Street" is not accurate). Signage is needed on the back side of the building to say "Get On Your Feet LLC" because that's what I was looking for. I turned on Kidder St because I saw the UHauls, but looking for the key box was a challenge. The photo-taking at the beginning wasn't working so we had to call customer service after trying twice. The agent was kind and helpful. The driver side door didn't close all the way and was ajar at times unless you really slammed it. I meant to write that when I checked out, but forgot. Lastly, there was only 1/8 tank of gas - not cool. I put a couple gallons in which more than made up for the 16 miles I went, but no one wants to start a trip with no gas.

This is a super easy and quick process, very straightforward, no hurdles or hidden fees, and the guy that rents them out was more than helpful!

Was charged 5 times for 1 rental because they didnt know what they were doing, waited over 30 minutes to rent the van due to them not knowing how to use their own system, finally get the keys all to realize they were not the right keys after the associate drove off. Was told to call U-Haul myself for the extra charges, not given a number or an apology. “Owner” was on site rolling a blunt when i arrived to return the van, extremely unprofessional and i shouldve trusted the other 2 lower reviews i saw before booking, wont be back.

The card that was used has now been charged over $200. I don’t know what’s going on, but I would like to be contacted immediately because I don’t wanna have to contact the authorities.
