I really enjoyed renting from this location. The staff was there and available when I picked up and returned the van, which made the process very easy.I did have an issue with one of the recommended two-person moving services. They cancelled just 30 minutes before we were scheduled to meet and pick up the patio set, which left me scrambling to handle the move myself. As a result, I was about 10 minutes late returning the van because I was barely able to get all of the furniture unloaded and still needed to refuel. Thankfully, the staff was very understanding and did not charge me for an additional day. I really appreciated their flexibility and understanding, and overall I had a good experience renting from this location. P.S I loved that the Ford VaN had windshield wipers with sensors. Wow, that was just amazing. But I did not appreciate the van telling me I NEEDED A COFFEE.

There was sheet rock dust and small pieces throughout the entire van. I had to clean it before using it so it wouldn’t get all over my belongings

Jack MWhen we arrived to pickup our vehicle we were informed that they didn't have the vehicle we reserved but we could go to Waterbury and probably get the vehicle we needed, since we were on a tight schedule we did not have time for that so we took the vehicle they had on the lot, thank goodness we had someone helping us that had a truck because we could not fit everything in the uhaul. This was the second time we have rented a uhaul and unlike the first time this was a very bad experience.

RODRICHERLIHY BI had several issues this time on my Thursday, May 28-29 truck rental. Most problematically, the location account had recently been changed from VTR Fresh Market to GG Gas Mart, and the on-duty cashier that was handling my rental had not also been switched over to the new account. No matter how many times he clicked on the reservation, it would not allow him to procss the dispatch. Perry from UHaul.com saved the day by phone. He couldn't fix things himself, but he connected me with Mel, the "regional manager?" for our area. She went the extra mile at 9:40ish pm and dispatched the truck to me over the phone. I'm still giving very high numerical ratings, because every individual seemed to do all that they could. It was extremely stressful, because thousands of dollars rode on my being able to leave with that truck!
