I scheduled the Uhaul truck and toy hauler 6 weeks in advance at the Uhaul in Kalispell but then I found out the scheduler only schedules 24 hrs inadvance so we had to travel 61 miles to Polson, MT to pick them up. it cast me unexpected costs in gas and time.

I don't know it was a very quick clean operation in Polson and they were very busy yet continually said be with you in just a moment. They always make sure that we know that he knew we were there.

We were charged $20 for an after hours drop charge. They are only open 9-4 and we work. We dropped it the same day we rented it.

I was hoping for a in-person representative. Every thing was online and timely to pick up vehicle. My phone backed out and i wasn't able to take pictures of vehicle and write the odometer prior using vehicle. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of contact less set ups.

I was supposed to pick up the trailer at 4pm on the 10th. No one was there and no phone calls were returned. UHaul corporate was contacted by me about a discount, everyone said they would help and yet no one did. Overall a very poor corporate experience. I have submitted poot reviews and requests to be contacted and yet, no one has. I had to change my travel plans and spend another night at the hotel. Thanks very much for that
