The vehicle was dropped off on a Sat so no one was there so keys were put in drp box

I was supposed to pick up the trailer at 4pm on the 10th. No one was there and no phone calls were returned. UHaul corporate was contacted by me about a discount, everyone said they would help and yet no one did. Overall a very poor corporate experience. I have submitted poot reviews and requests to be contacted and yet, no one has. I had to change my travel plans and spend another night at the hotel. Thanks very much for that
