I told her that I put more gas in it than it was at when I picked up. I had pictures to show her and she didn't want to see them. She had me leave before checking the truck. I then received a debit to my checking account for a gallon of gas. It was $8 and some cents. It's not about a refund of the money; it's the principle that I put more in it and was then charged. The gal in the office wasn't friendly. I would never drop off to this location again.

The unfortunate part which was not her fault is I showed up at the drop off location made on my reservation which was Cascade Park, got inside and started automatic drop off procedures and discover Uhaul changed my drop off location like 20 minutes before that and I was locked into a self storage after hours and could not get out. Then I had to add miles to my gas and miles calculation to get to the new location. Overall, because of whatever changes you have made with your system trying to out-think people I had one of my worst experiences in using Uhaul.
