Brian WWas told twice (two different employees) I would get a partial refund if I returned equipment early, but did not get said refund. They punched in the return a whole day late (did not return equipment near closing time nor after-hours)
JAYMES MThe app is VERY annoying to use. Each time I would proceed to the next step it took a long time to load. The whole process of picking up took about 40 minutes. The in person office in East Wenatchee was phenomenal! Since I didn't want to have to use the app to drop it back off they made sure they were available to check the truck back in for me!
danette mLot with trucks comes up before you get to the office area. Wasn't super clear for drop off parking. I parked with the trucks and walked to the drop off office.
Daniel JThe kid working there, name was David, was arrogant and rude when I was questioning the policies of the company (not uhaul, uhaul has ALWAYS been great) and had an attitude that borderline was insinuating a physical fight with me (which would have turned out very bad for him). The policies in question was that they do not accept cash (legal tender for ALL debts public and private) at the end of the rental. I understand having a card to put on hold Yada Yada, but when I return the truck I want to pay cash and they will not allow you to do that (should be illegal). Anyways, I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this company nor their male employees. Other uhaul dealerships I've used were amazing with their customer service and policies, and they accepted cash!

Patty GThe moment I walked in the man behind the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. He had a serious attitude problem and kept taking it out on me to the point that I had enough so I spoke up and told him what I thought. He then told me to leave even without giving me a receipt or any confirmation that I dropped it off. He kept up mouthing off and my wife heard every word as well. I have filed a complaint towards him to the company and I expect U-Haul to follow through with everything you told me. This man needs to be fired as all we were doing there was trying to drop off the truck

Lauren MEven though I reserved equipment well in advance this location doesn't seem to understand the definition of "reservation". Some of the equipment not available when I arrived. There was plenty of time to inform me that the equipment would not be available but NOTHING was done. Instead, I showed up expecting the equipment on my reservation. When it wasn't there and I asked why the response I got was "we can make the rest of the equipment unavailable too". Great customer service UHaul!

Andrew VI was unable to figure out the app to pick up the keys to the truck, the man who helped me after hour was exceptional he checked me in anyway, he had great Customer service. I think his name was Dan, it was Wendsday evening about 6 oclock in the East Wenatchee location. I hope he gets this comment, I had 1 hour to move all belongings out of my home that i had to leave because a domestic abuse situation. The man who helped me, helped in more ways than he was aware thank you. With help from friends we loaded the truck in 40 minutes thank you

Teresa WI rarely leave reviews that include specific names; however I feel it important to recognize the U-haul Area Field Manager for this location. As AFM Greg Needham has always done an excellent job to go above and beyond for his customers and Uhaul dealers alike. Greg's attention to detail, customer-focused service style and dedicated work ethic sets this particular dealer location apart from the rest.

CHRISTOPHER MIt was hard to tell where to drop the trailer. There was basically no signage. I had to circle the location twice and ended up parking on the side of the road to go in and ask where to drop the trailer. The attendant pointed to cctv pictures on where to drop it.
james rIt was the middle of the day, during office hours and the office was closed. We were there at 2:00 and the sign said that the manager would be back at 3:00. This was probably just a fluke. The U-Haul app was easy to use, so we were able to return our equipment with out too much trouble.

BRIAN BVery easy and speedy checkin. Be aware of electronic checkout before driving off lot. Pictures of outgoing rental items to record condition. Not a problem but was delivered after we left the lot.
Daniel SThe person working in the office was not very friendly. The truck was very very very old. Breaks didn't work well on hills in the city. Gas tank sensor didn't work. Could not fill the tank completely because it kept shutting off. Tried 4 different gas stations.
Terry ERude employees with zero desire to assist. Lied saying my reservation was cancelled, and said they have no trailers for me. I called Uhaul regional office who said reservation was good and to go back to GlacierWest. Uhaul regional had to call this place tell them I was able to rent and that they do have a trailer. Upon my going back into office, I was met with a snarky attitude by a different person, and said I could check the lot myself they didn't have any trailers. Then the first employee corrected it saying to rent to me. Then, no level of customer service during paperwork...zero assistance hooking up, no safety checks, and once again no assistance taking the trailer off upon the return. Unlike any uhual experience I've ever had. Will avoid this location at all costs due to the attitudes, lack of care, and overall desire to fight a customer than try and find a solution
Justin DMr. Capi helped us drop off our rental truck and helped us with the return process. He was professional, friendly, and prompt.
Pamela AI was worried about the oil needing to be changed light being on when I took the vehicle. They said the tech looked at it and it was fine. They would not agreed to put that in writing. Luckily everything was OK, but I think that they should have been willing to note it somewhere so if something happened while the vehicle was not it would not be on tbe renter, if they don't have time to get it changed.

Robert FToy hauler worked great and pulled very well behind my 4 Runner. Great service and other than a couple marker lights being out, the equipment was in good shape. Definitely will rent from Glacier again

Alexander AI can’t express enough how Great the service I received was. This was an unplanned need and I was treated like I was a long term customer. I was in such an unexpected situation and expected to over pay for last minute need NOT THE CASE. Highly recommend the East Wenatchee location.

The instructions were straight forward and easy on the rental and return. The trucks are a little bit older which is to be expected. Jordan SThe girl who assisted me in the rental was incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. After she learned that I was nervous, and-unhappy with where I was having to take my car for repairs. She stepped up and offered to help me connect with a different repair shop, she even called the shop to confirm they were certified to work on the make and model of car I had. I to don’t remember her name but the effort and personality made my experience second to to none. I couldn’t be more grateful incredible service she provided. Unfortunately, I feel bad after all that help I ended up in a small fender bender but the people that assisted me through that were just as helpful and patient was a process. I look forward to using your services again minus the fender bender. Blessings,

George JThe equipment was well maintained, but the previous renter didn't sweep out the utility trailer bed after a yardwaste dump, so we needed to perform the task prior to loading our home appliance. It was an easy clean up that was overlooked, but you asked the question.
