Customer service on both ends was outstanding. The low rating was about equipment. We have towed many different cargo trailers, and this one clearly had issues with the tires/wheels, such as out of balance, etc. Fully loaded with correct weight distribution, this trailer shuddered horribly. When empty it was so bad we were lucky to get it home. We called the Uhaul dealership in E Wenatchee Wa and were told this is normal. They were wrong. It is NOT normal to the extent this was occurring. We should have exchanged it. Hope you'll have the dealer on 6th St in Bremerton, Wa where it was dropped off correct the problem before some other person turns around and sues for it doing damage to their vehicle. We did let them know about it, but hard to know how seriously they take input from customers
