Even though I reserved equipment well in advance this location doesn't seem to understand the definition of "reservation". Some of the equipment not available when I arrived. There was plenty of time to inform me that the equipment would not be available but NOTHING was done. Instead, I showed up expecting the equipment on my reservation. When it wasn't there and I asked why the response I got was "we can make the rest of the equipment unavailable too". Great customer service UHaul!
