The receptionist was one of the nicest people I have had the honor of meeting. She was knowledgeable, friendly & down to earth. The instructions were straight forward and easy on the rental and return. The trucks are a little bit older which is to be expected. I wouldn’t have wanted to drive across country in one of them but it was just fine for in town moving :).
