The girl who assisted me in the rental was incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. After she learned that I was nervous, and-unhappy with where I was having to take my car for repairs. She stepped up and offered to help me connect with a different repair shop, she even called the shop to confirm they were certified to work on the make and model of car I had. I to don’t remember her name but the effort and personality made my experience second to to none. I couldn’t be more grateful incredible service she provided. Unfortunately, I feel bad after all that help I ended up in a small fender bender but the people that assisted me through that were just as helpful and patient was a process. I look forward to using your services again minus the fender bender. Blessings,

KEN RThe mobile pick-up, this time, was a total screw-up. Your sytem changed my rental to a 10' truck because the cargo van I had reserved wasn't returned by the prior person. In doing that, my pick-up time was changed to 10 am and I had reserved the van for 8am. So on my app it didn't even acknowledge I had a reservation! I called customer service and she straighten out those issues. I hung up and proceeded to check-in with the app up until the app requested my email. I tried entering it three times and it said that that email was ALREADY IN USE! So I had to call customer service a second time. Apparently you have a software issues with the app and the agent gave me the fix. Correct your software! It shouldn't take me 45 min to pick up a rental.

GLENDA LI had a good experience for the most part , but I only used the vehicle for 10 miles and per the vehicle mileage rate they get 10 miles per gallon. I put 1 gallon of gas in the tank and was up charged for 3 additional gallons. A little upset.
bg sCustomer service on both ends was outstanding. The low rating was about equipment. We have towed many different cargo trailers, and this one clearly had issues with the tires/wheels, such as out of balance, etc. Fully loaded with correct weight distribution, this trailer shuddered horribly. When empty it was so bad we were lucky to get it home. We called the Uhaul dealership in E Wenatchee Wa and were told this is normal. They were wrong. It is NOT normal to the extent this was occurring. We should have exchanged it. Hope you'll have the dealer on 6th St in Bremerton, Wa where it was dropped off correct the problem before some other person turns around and sues for it doing damage to their vehicle. We did let them know about it, but hard to know how seriously they take input from customers

Took me 35 minutes to get the app to verify that I was there for my pickup, all of the trucks were covered in snow and I had to wander the entire lot trying my vehicle.. Calling customer service was of little help. If there were other options, I would definitely find somewhere else to rent a moving truck from.
Elita FI picked up a 5x8 cargo trailer in Mount Vernon on Friday 2/27 and returned the trailer Saturday 2/28, the next day at Glacier West, shortly after they opened. I asked the gentleman behind the counter to come look inside the trailer and assess a tie down that had broken inside the trailer. It was an older trailer, and a wood rail piece glued to the wall with slots in it to tie onto had popped off the wall, like other pieces noticeably had, I think due to the glue getting old and brittle. He said it was no problem since other pieces were doing the same thing. A week later I notice a charge of over $30 on my credit card with no warning or info. I called Glacier West and they claimed I returned the trailer on Sunday 3/1 at 5pm, which is when it was due to be returned by anyway according to the rental agreement, however I dropped it off in the morning the day previous. They said they would look into it and call me back. Within a few minutes of getting off the phone I receive an invoice via email with the charges and the "claimed date and time of return". Shady practices to try and retroactively charge customers for late fees and insurance when the product was delivered over 24 hours early. If this is poor book keeping, then that speaks for itself. But the time they claimed I returned the trailer was the actual due date and time on my original rental agreement. So, not late even by their inaccurate book keeping.

HEATHER SThe only issue was the lockbox lock had 4 digits on it and the code given only had three digits. I eventually figured out to set the final digit to an empty value to get the lock to open but that could have been made more explicit.

Carlos RI have not received the final invoice and it was 2 days ago we rented the vehicle! We were charged for an estimated 20 miles yet we only travelled 14.9 miles but have yet to receive any refund!
