Truck exterior was filthy and the interior mat was not cleaned before my rental. Cargo bay needed to be swept out.

SKYLER SThe man working in the office was somewhat belligerent toward me when I was not able to jack the trailer high enough to put on my trailer hitch. I went back inside and purchased a lower goose neck hitch but was still about 3/4" too high. went back inside and asked for help his answer was "if you can't get it on the hitch, we can't rent it to you". I explained that the jack was partially under the surface of the gravel parking lot (probably from the previous customer and the lot was not level making my Suburban too high in the back. He came out to help but refused to speak to me. I thanked him for helping but there was no response. Very rude. The woman in the office with him was very nice and helpful.

Joseph LI ordered a 20 foot truck three weeks prior to my move, then received notice that they only had a 15ft van, I called and requested a 26 ft truck and was assured one was on the lot. The day before I was to pick up the truck everything was cancelled. I had to request the order all over again for a 15 ft. With 3 large trucks on the lot. I was told they were for in city trucks.. Very disappointed.
KARA SOpposite of our wonderful departure experience, our arrival staff where very unfriendly and not one bit helpful. We were tired and it was raining to compound this situation; they were the worst.

David DThe staff was very nice and everything went very smoothly. The only thing that could be improved is getting the truck checked sooner. According to the receipt that wasn't done until 22-24 hours after the truck was returned. It was still within the time allowed for the rental though.

JAMES Toriginally I was told to pickup a truck at 6:00 am in Cashmere.I drove from Spirit lake Idaho to Wenatchee, wa and stayed in a hotel so we could be in Cashmere by 6 am. There was no truck. made several phone calls. No one new anything. Had to wait until 7:00. finally got someone to find us a truck in East Wenatchee. I think you owe us what we paid for a hotel plus four hours of our lost time.
John SUhaul came in clutch twice this month for us, both at the last minute, to make a difficult move much easier. Will use again for sure!

Peter GNot take reservations at other ocations when the equipment is not there. Even your website showed the equipment available at Chelan Falls when it was not there. Uhaul then switched my reservation to a different location without my permission.

JERRY FWe did a Sunday pick up to move our son to college. We were going to drop it off in Ellensburg, but did not have a location ahead of time. My husband started a chat with somebody online and they said Ellensburg did not accept trucks only trailers. He told us we could return it to Yakima, which was way out of our way for a return trip home.. My husband asked if we could take it back to East Wenatchee. The person on chat said we could and my husband asked if there would be an additional charge and the person on chat said no there would not be an additional charge. Upon returning the truck we were charged another hundred dollars so it was all very misleading.
