This was easy to rent in a last minute decision we made. Our friends even did the same a few hours later because we were traveling to the same event. Thank you for an easy, inexpensive rental!

BRIAN CI dropped off the car tow Dolly on a Sunday when no one was around. I was so glad that I could drop the tow dolly off even though the business was closed.
AARON GYour regional online checkin is cumbersome to say the least. I kept giving you contact info for a trusted contact for you to check with and then you would deny due to adding that name to the contract. It took 45 min to finally get the code and lock instructions. There has got to be a better way.

Chris WWhen you can’t call and speak to someone it makes it difficult to have a good experience. Calls are never answered or returned and you are directed to call an 800 number. So annoying. I always have to go to the office to rent!!!

Alan SThe young lady at the service desk was very professional and helpful to me to rent a storage unit on-site so I could empty and turn over the 5x8 trailer to Glacier West upon my arrival. She was very welcoming.
GREG SI rated the equipment as "NO" because of the overflow issues when filling up. I called the location to let them know that the overflow system activated at 3/4 tank and spit fuel out all over me, and the ground. Other than that, the location was easy to get in and out of, the truck was ready for pick up and staff that was on the day I picked up was Excellent.

DAVID GThe trailer was not inspected prior to or at the time of hookup to make sure all lights wo rked. The only working lights were brake and turm signals!! When it got dark the person who was towing the trailer, refused to continue without funning lights on the trailer, we had to drop the car in an empty lot and the car got impounded!! How will uhaul make this right??

PAUL HNoted the gas gauge was only at 7/8th when I picked up the truck despite the paperwork indicating "Full". Went back into the office and the clerk assured me that the tank was full (i.e "that is how a full tank is displayed on these gauges"). Not 100% believing her, I went to a gas station around the corner and put 8.8 gallons into the tank. Also noted some mildly concerning mechanical noises from the truck. The clerk took it for a test drive around the block. She assured me that some of the trucks make that noise and that they haven't had too many problems. I took her up on her offer to swap me into a different truck and had no issues with the move. Of note, on the paperwork for the 2nd truck, the fuel level was correctly marked as 7/8th of a tank. My distinct perception from this experience was that it *may* be policy (or just a common practice) to over-state the contents of the fuel tank to customers. While I was refunded for the fuel I put into the 1st truck, I do feel there was an attempt to deceive me.

ROBERT Mat every point the staff at this location exceeded my expectations. The process was smooth, and their communication was outstanding. The proper way to use the equipment and the important safety details were conveyed clearly. I would give this location and its staff 6 stars if that was an option.

david rCustomer service at the East Wenatchee location could be improved. The lady at the front desk was very smug and rude and not overly helpful. Had a better experience calling the 800 number. Not sure if I plan on renting from there again because it wasn’t a welcoming experience.

Julie GTried multiple times to call with no answer. Had a problem with the app location at drop off (early, night before) so I called the 800 # and they could see that which I was happy about. They also emailed the manager asking him to return my call on top of they could not get a phone call answered. I was wanting my final bill. The manager never called and they did not email me a final statement. I had to look on my credit card to see what I was charged after mileage.
