They did not answer their phones I got sent to their call center. The call center did not pass along the message. I showed up 10 minutes before closing and the guy seemed irritated that he had to check in a U-Haul trailer. There was no parking I was not able to back up the trailer and had to unhook the trailer to turn my car around. The guy just set The trailer on my hitch. Did not reattach it for me to pull it to the drop off location and the trailer came off and slammed into the back of my car. They told me I would be charged $25 if I didn’t drive it to the back of their lot and that’s what created the problems in the first place. I would not recommend this as a drop-off place.

Spencer AI downloaded the app, it wouldn't work, had to call 800 # to both pickup and return truck. Both associates whole helped me pick up and return were very courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Truck was in good shape just dirty outside. Overall experience was satisfactory.
