Getting the key from the lock box was a horrible experience had to call customer service for help When turning in truck the web site was horrible had to reload multiple times _ links timed out and had to shoot and reshoot photos - it was very time consuming and not a customer friendly experience - I would say it needs a lot of work to make it customer friendly -

Kari WI needed a furniture dolly to rent with the truck, added it to my online order, but was told at pickup that this location does not have them. Why offer furniture dollies online but not have them at all locations. There was an appliance dolly on the truck with blankets, but I didn't need or use either.
