There is something wrong with the engine. Motor sounded like metal on metal when accelerating. Passenger Seat Belt Stuck and unable to use. But friendly staff and truck suited my needs.

KEITH LDisplayed battery error indication multiple times. Displayed check brake system message. Significant “play” in the steering wheel.
Andrew WThe truck was in poor shape and the passenger window was left down. I ordered 2 dozen moving blankets and was informed at pickup that they did not have blankets. I drive to a different location to get blankets. At return, the App would freeze and I had to see the rep in the office again. He informed me that they are not a U-Haul business and prioritize the storage business. At least he was honest about not caring.
Patrick MGetting the key from the lock box was a horrible experience had to call customer service for help When turning in truck the web site was horrible had to reload multiple times _ links timed out and had to shoot and reshoot photos - it was very time consuming and not a customer friendly experience - I would say it needs a lot of work to make it customer friendly -
