The truck alignment was out on the front passenger side when I got the truck and only got worse. The truck chimed every 40-60 miles for no reason (like the door was open). And the driver window only closes completely after you stop the truck. Annoying.

Portales input return drop off destination incorrectly. I moved to Las Cruces, NM and they had my drop off as Albuquerque, NM. This caused a little problem to correct it once I got to Las Cruces, NM

Glen's garage has been so very helpful every time I have needed to move my belongings. They have found the equipment I needed if they do not have it. They even went the extra mile to make sure I purchased the right hitch. They have never once made me feel like I was a bother. They have been the best place for me to rent a U-Haul.

I ordered a dolly and they did not have a dolly for me, then when I called it took 25 minutes to speak to someone and they told me I had to drive 30 minutes to get a dolly even though, I was in the middle of my move. It was very disappointing.

The truck's fuel level was not full. Our agreement was that it would be full as standard agreement with U-Haul. This is the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. I had a truck and car-hauler reserved for the previous week but then a day before we were to pick them up, the location in Colorado Springs called and told me they couldn't let me have it for the full reservation period. Then for this last rental when we could finally get something - one week late - we were to pick the truck and car hauler up in Roswell. The morning of the scheduled pick up I checked in with the Roswell location and they did not have the truck. i had to drive over 100 miles to Portales to get a truck, then back to Roswell for the car hauler. This added extra miles for me on the cost of the truck! This entire experience has been a joke and I am very disappointed in U-Haul. I have used U-Haul several times in the past 5 years and this time it was a fiasco. I feel very let down by U-Haul.

These people are thieves. I rented a vehicle for roughly $55. I returned it within 2 hours. They charged an extra $116. I reported it they said they fix it. They then charged me another $52 and haven't returned $162 they overcharged me. They have an oh well attitude about it. Apparently I need to take legal action against them.

I wish there was another place of choice to rent and to return U-Haul products and to get good customer service. My experience was semi-good; meaning, the representative who attended to my return was very impersonal, and I had to unhook, detach the trailer myself because she too lazy to do it. Customers are not suppose to hook up or unhook the trailers, correct? Glen's Garage already has a bad reputation for unethical, immoral business practices, and poor customer service. I would like to see U-Haul set up a new office not affiliated with any local business, but a "franchise" office.

I didn't like having to travel 30+ miles to get the truck from one location and 30+ miles to get the auto transporter. Took over an hour and a half out of my planed load time. I thought both truck and auto transporter should have been at location I requested. Which was a lot closed for me.

Better customer service....moving is stressful enough for anyone, and to get a call from corporate at 3pm the afternoon before we are supposed to move that there was not a moving truck available (that was booked a week in advance and already paid for!!) was extremely frustrating to say the least!! We ended up having to drive an hour out of the way to another location to finally find a truck at a location that was 5 minutes from closing....we will not use U haul ever again and will not recommend to anyone moving.

I wish these questions had more to do with the reservation process, which has nothing at all to do with the locations of pickup or dropoff. Your reservation system now is horrendous!!!!!!!! If I wasn't so remote, having no other options (except using horse trailers), I would have looked elsewhere for a truck!!!! I felt like I went through hell getting a truck due to your reservation system! I wasn't sure there would be a truck for m to pick up until I saw it sitting there the day I went to get it!
