These people are thieves. I rented a vehicle for roughly $55. I returned it within 2 hours. They charged an extra $116. I reported it they said they fix it. They then charged me another $52 and haven't returned $162 they overcharged me. They have an oh well attitude about it. Apparently I need to take legal action against them.JOHN S.

I wish there was another place of choice to rent and to return U-Haul products and to get good customer service. My experience was semi-good; meaning, the representative who attended to my return was very impersonal, and I had to unhook, detach the trailer myself because she too lazy to do it. Customers are not suppose to hook up or unhook the trailers, correct? Glen's Garage already has a bad reputation for unethical, immoral business practices, and poor customer service. I would like to see U-Haul set up a new office not affiliated with any local business, but a "franchise" office.Jose Z.

I didn't like having to travel 30+ miles to get the truck from one location and 30+ miles to get the auto transporter. Took over an hour and a half out of my planed load time. I thought both truck and auto transporter should have been at location I requested. Which was a lot closed for me.james T.

Better customer service....moving is stressful enough for anyone, and to get a call from corporate at 3pm the afternoon before we are supposed to move that there was not a moving truck available (that was booked a week in advance and already paid for!!) was extremely frustrating to say the least!! We ended up having to drive an hour out of the way to another location to finally find a truck at a location that was 5 minutes from closing....we will not use U haul ever again and will not recommend to anyone moving.Rudy L.

I wish these questions had more to do with the reservation process, which has nothing at all to do with the locations of pickup or dropoff. Your reservation system now is horrendous!!!!!!!! If I wasn't so remote, having no other options (except using horse trailers), I would have looked elsewhere for a truck!!!! I felt like I went through hell getting a truck due to your reservation system! I wasn't sure there would be a truck for m to pick up until I saw it sitting there the day I went to get it!sharon J.

Glen's Garage did a great job with my rental. They had all the necessary paperwork and helped me hook up the equipment in the yard. They even waited to connect the trailer while I purchased the proper hitch for my truck. Outstanding job!David L.
I would have liked for them to cover how to drop the side wheel wells of the trailer i had to figure it out on my own. But it was not difficult. I would not deem this as a failure on the part of the Glens, tho.anthony A.

The pickup location was not the location I originally made the reservation for, I had to drive 20 miles to Glens Garage to get the requested vehicle. The truck was dirty on the outside and swept out the inside when doing the predeparture inspection. Once loaded and I experienced an ABS and Parking Brake light and warning sound, I stopped to request assistance and after waiting 45 minutes received a call stating it would be two hours before a repairman would be able to get to me. I contacted the U-Haul person again and was told to proceed to Herford, TX where a U-Haul dealer would repair the trouble. The dealer was unable to diagnose the problem and directed me to Amarillo, TX to a larger dealership. The person in Amarillo told me to drive the truck with the ABS light on and report it when turning the vehicle in. I drove but had to stop every 30 to 50 miles, turn the truck off to silence the alarm. This continued for the 700+ mile trip that normally took 10 hours but due to the numerous stops took 16+ hours. I was offered another truck in Amarillo but due to the fact it took a full day to load the truck with furniture and personal belongings there was no way I was going to attempt to transfer items to another vehicle as would have delayed me at least one if not two full days. The trip ended after dark and headlights were extremely dim and not aimed properly to allow for safe travel, if not for a vehicle in front of me I'm not sure I would have made it to my final destination safely. I was never offered any refund or compensation for the delay or troubles I experienced!Jerry O.
