Dude out front sounded like he was beating his kids, not even kidding. Also, Fix that damn app, probably the worst user service I've come across outside the DMV

RICHARD SI have filed a complaint that I hope will be fixed. We had the location switched on us a few times, had issues with pick up, then the reservation had to be rescheduled. When picking up the U-Haul it was filthy and had like soil in the bed that we had to clean out before the load. Just everything was a problem. When you guys should make things easy for people
