I have filed a complaint that I hope will be fixed. We had the location switched on us a few times, had issues with pick up, then the reservation had to be rescheduled. When picking up the U-Haul it was filthy and had like soil in the bed that we had to clean out before the load. Just everything was a problem. When you guys should make things easy for people
