Would be nice if I could have dropped it off closer to home 1 mile, and not 39 miles away in Martinsburg wv.

STEPHEN MPost clear signs at the entrance stating that friendly dogs are on the premises. While not on a leash, they may cause some fear, so be aware before entering.
MOISE EI would not recommend this place for anybody else because I was told that as long as the truck wasn’t moved that I wouldn’t get charged no more and I got charged more 80 some dollars more on top of 191 so yeah very disappointed and they took from my family so I wouldn’t commute this to anybody

MEAGHAN MWhen picked up the cargo van there was trash in the front with cups from long John silvers in the cup holder a skull air freshener hanging from wiper signal arm and a big black trash bag in the cargo area. I had the employee remove the trash before I left the lot and swept out the cargo area when I got home and cleaned the front cab area with wipes such as the dash area cup holders center area and floor and both doors as it looked like spills were previously made. I returned it in much better condition than I received it. I think with how we check in/return the vehicles via the app, that things like that are missed. I think that all locations should still check the condition themselves of the turned on vehicles to ensure they are ready for the next customer. I will still go to this location as it may be the person that rented before turned it in that way via the app. Just suggest that they do a quick check of the equipment themselves

BURNEY SIt was not 100% clear that this was the pick up location from the information on the app. Not a big problem big I went initially to the wrong location nearby for pick up. I was very happy that the pick up time was flexible in my case 🙂
ERIK VRegarding clean and well maintained; its a rental so not necessarily known for being clean, however it was perfect for what I needed. As for maintenance, I'm not a mechanic so I have no idea. I will recommend and probably used again in the next few days. Thank you

Shiloh LInitially was overcharged on mileage but they immediately resolved the error and refunded me my money within an hour of alerting them. Great team to work with.
EDWIN NClarification on my drop off time. The guy who rented the trailer to me said it could go back anytime between 7am and 8pm, so I got charged an extra day. Not happy about that.
JARED WThe manager was very helpful! I was a walk in hoping to rent a truck but none were available however I was offered the use of a van. The process was very easy!
Jennifer C-engine light was on -charged me for two days when we only had it for one -no keys in drop box -truck reserved wasn't available -> ended up at the place for over an hour at 12am! bless the woman on the end of the 24/7 number for driving 30 minutes to give us keys.

DAWN TWay too expensive. 90$ for mileage alone and then having to put in 50$ gas plus rental fee ? Who can afford that these days. Best to do it yourself with friends trucks.

NEFTALI GTruck was dirty inside and out Trash and liquor bottles cigarette ashes inside cab Ants in the cargo area cargo blankets were wet and smelt like mold had to store in the mom's attic so unable to use that portion of truck that I paid for pick up location basically handed me the keys they did no walk around with me inside or out pointed me out to the lot and said there's the truck very poor customer service

Rosemary WThey changed the location of the pick up 2 times, meaning there were 3 locations we got bounced to and from. The truck (back cargo portion) was disgusting, having trash, CONDOMS and blankets in the back. I will be sending photos of these to corporate as I am expecting a serious discount on the price.
Brian MI rented a uhaul cargo van for less than an hour. And I was overcharged 10 miles, then when I called to confront this mistake I was lied to… I left the facility 736 Williamsport drove to schewels at 540 lutz ave (1.3 miles). From schewels I drove to my home (2.5 miles). From home I drove to return the uhaul back to 736 Williamsport (1.9). This approximately 6 miles not 16 miles… Thank you for not being honest and cheating me out of extra money
Amie RAs soon as I opened the cargo van door an overwhelming foul smell of urine was immediately apparent. I can't believe uhall would allow a van in that condition be rented! There is no way that van was cleaned prior! There was no way anyone even opened a door or they would've noticed that smell. They also would've seen the large spot on the floor that appeared to be the source. We had to drive with the windows down in 93 degree weather and ended up at a cvs to try and see if we could improve the smell. We wiped the front down with bleach wipes and sprayed the back with lysol pet. This is the worst experience renting a vehicle I have had and will not ever use uhall again. I can't believe I payed full price for a van that was used as a bathroom. When I reported the urine to a uhall representative all I was told is that they would note this finding so I didn't get blamed or charged for the urine in the van. This was such a gross experience. Again it was 93 degrees and I had to ride with the windows down due to the smell. I definately expected more from uhall. I was charged full price. Having to stop at the cvs also prolonged the trip and added extra miles and extra expenses to clean a van that should have been cleaned prior. The app was also not working so all around terrible experience. The representatives were friendly.

Burney SI called ahead to specifically report that I was coming, but would be late. I arrived at the anticipated time to only receive an email that my reservation was cancelled. The location quickly got me back on track with a new reservation, but recommend that U-Haul give pick-up locations the ability to alter pickup times so that no one needs to go through such rigmarole like this.

Michael KMy location was changed from a site that was open to a site that was closed. Cell service at the location is awful so the log in process took almost an hour and was never given a code at the end of the process so had to call to get it. I don't know why the whole log in process is not done beforehand. It would be significantly easier. First truck had a dead battery and then the second truck was dirty and had less gas so it ended up costing me more. The location from where the keys are to where the trucks are is too far.
