Truck we initially received was not cleaned, there was a bed frame still inside of it that we had to bring back ti dispose of. Then once we got back after that trip the loading ramp would not lock into place the mechanism was broken. Which resulted in us having to go back again to get a new truck. Thankfully second truck was in good repair, but took up about 3 hours of our morning between driving back and forth, unloading other people’s trash, getting new truck and then finally getting new truck. Nothing was compensated time or miles.
