You can let people know immediately when they book what "level" booking they have. Uhaul should not switch pick up locations at the last minute. Horrible service, will never use UHaul again.

Location and owner was great extremely helpful to me when U Haul fouled everything up. Made my reservation a month ago, then U Haul called me 12 hrs in advance to say the truck was not available and nearest truck was two states away that would have required my driving 90 miles at their mileage rate and fuel, plus 90 miles in my personal vehicle to grt there for the truck. When I rent a truck in a certain city or state at a specific U Haul location I expect my reservation contract to be honored, not sent all over the country to suit U Huals mismanagement. The local dealer helped me get what I needed for the few hours I needed it between his other rental times. Thanks to HIM only I got my work done snd NO THANKS to the idiots at the U Haul reservation center who only gave me a load of excuses

I made arrangements for a truck with equipment. The equipment was not available. I paid cash for the rental and was charged an excessive fee for doing so. I had to move so had to pay. Left to load supplies on truck myself.

The truck had soda cans in the back of the seat no problem mirror on driver's side loose no problem steering was awful had a hard time keeping in between lines problem rear door was fine until I was about to return problem cables jumped track engine made more noise than the radio

I cannot make any suggestions. I found the truck clean and ready for my moving job. The gentleman that helped me at the facility was friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment. The woman who answered the phone on Thursday was friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment, supplies and manpower that may have been needed for the job.

They changed my location to be 11 miles further away. That added to my mileage and ended up costing me money. The place where we picked up the rental was slow at best and reeked of smoke with active smokers. The process was not well explained to us and we felt uncomfortable with the whole process.

Back of truck was not swept out, paperwork fuel level did not fuel guage in truck. Instead of fixing paperwork they told me to take picture. I took picture of dashboard milage and fuel level before leaving.

We rented a truck and furniture dolly's. When we picked up the truck there were no furniture dollys available. This was incredibly frustrating because we specifically rented the truck to move a piano and needed the dollys. All we were told was “you'll have to call around to see if any are available at any other location.”

I rented a vehicle on 11/02/21 and drove 260 miles. I was charged for 620 miles on my credit card. The next day I went to the office to find out what happened. They agreed that the charge is wrong and said they would process a refund. I have been trying continuously for the 4 months since then to get my refund with no resolution. I STILL WANT MY MONEY BACK ! !

The cab was not clean, the furniture dolly was not included but paid for, and the checkin process was frustrating and tedious. I wasted 30 min just getting checked in. Also wasnt aware even though im sure it was in the paperwork that i needed to return the tank full even though i also paid for mileage.

I always and only choose this location. They are always so friendly they remember me and my dad and in today's world is rare. I recommend this location specifically to any of my friends or family when they need to get a moving vehicle. I think the man I usually talk to is Karen and he is always the nicest man. Thank you guys for always giving me and my family great service

I would only recommend this location if their trucks don't smell like marijuana and their trucks were not left with trash! So what if the previous customer left trash isn't the company supposed to make sure it's clean especially during COVID? This is absurd, terrible service, no refund whatsoever! Thank you

Over charged on mileage and a gas fee shady business practices. The paperwork didn't match the picture I took 4 minutes after taking possession of the vehicle. Went back inside to let the operator know it only had a quarter tank of gas and was told that's fine just bring it back the same way. I did and was charged 35 dollars for fuel and for 100 miles when I drove 23. I have never had any issue with a uhaul location until this one. Called the location the next day to only get voicemail multiple times and have put in an inquiry to uhaul with a time stamped photo of mileage and gas when I got the truck. I have not yet received a response. Very poor experience.

They didn't give a receipt of drop off- a man said the lady would email it to me- i didn't get the email so I called- women answered the phone had a baby screaming and I could hardly hear her- she said she'd look at paper work and call me back- no callback- I went back into the place next morning and a nice man printed me out a receipt

Picked up uhaul with 3/8 of a tank when returning uhaul it had 5/8 of a tank but the lady at the counter told me that all she needed was the keys for return later saw I was charged $19 for 4 gallons of gas even though I returned the truck with a quarter more tank of fuel (5/8s full) they reported the truck as 5/16ths of a tank and charged me

I have rented many uhauls, especially lately. This was my worst experience. The truck was horrible. I called roadside assistance and let them know that I didn't feel safe driving the truck. They said that they could send someone to look at it, but if they couldn't diagnose a problem, I would have to pay for the service. This is ridiculous, and pretty much made me drive a broken truck under duress. Im surprised one or more wheels didn't fall off, before I returned it. When I returned it, the man who received it asked where I rented this truck from, because “we don't rent trucks in this condition here”.

Fix your app. It took us a hour to pick up and an hour to return our truck because of scheduling errors and the app was not working correctly. If you do te 24/7 pick up/return, use their website directly, DO NOT USE THE APP.

The passenger window on the truck had no handle, and the window was down a few inches. It has rained the prior evening , so the seat was wet. The front right tire had low pressure. Fortunately a mechanic on site rolled up the window with some pliers. He also kicked the tire and said “It kicks good.” With that, we were on our way! The truck was clearly old, with high mileage, peeling paint and lots of scuff marks. Not very good advertising for U-Haul.

The truck was parked so tight against a pole I have to do a 3 point turn up on a hill. Luckily I have driven big trucks before but if I hadn't I wouldn't have known to turn it around and I would have taken out the pole. The pictures I signed in as saying represent the truck well looked different in the daytime than at night. So I couldn't actually see the scratches on it until daytime. Also I paid for a appliance dolly and there wasn't one included with the truck. It was clean inside and drove well. Pick up and drop off other than the aforementioned items were good. Not well lit area though if you're picking up at night.
