Mobile Check In/Check Out does not work at this location. I was trying to check out after hours and one of the employees was working late & checked out the vehicle for me. Same with check in, I had to call the location the next day to get the vehicle checked in.

I was unable to clean the equipment when I returned it and they were able to clean it for me after use for a small fee. The business was not on regular schedule operating hours and they were really nice to me when I asked to use their restroom.
My husband & me were told there were no trucks available (we were looking for 20 ft. ) Then we met & spoke with owner who checked online & found us an available 20 foot truck. He was absolutely charming & helped us out when we really needed it. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs vehicles for moving purposes & he also has vehicles for sale. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
Everything was ready and waiting for us when we pulled in by a wonderful gentleman that worked hard to ensure we knew exactly how to work the equipment. It was a wonderful experience that could have been stressful if it wasn't for the staff at this location including the man that answered all of my questions on the phone and made me feel at ease throughout this process. Highly recommend this location.
I received my truck with drink stains and a sticky mess. There were cigarette ashes within the cup holders. The truck barely had enough gas to get me to a gas station. I placed a complain within the mobile pickup expecting someone to call me due to my poorly maintained truck and the only thing that happened was my card was charged. I would never recommend this spot to anyone. I recommend driving a bit further to a station that may actually treat their equipment with more care.
I absolutely had a great experience and the owner himself went above and beyond. He was literally closed and I arrived at the wrong location to rent a trailer. Then I showed up and forgot my hitch. He said don't worry go home and grab the ball hitch and he would wait. I showed back up and was missing the light connector piece. He was again willing to wait while I went to the store to purchase one. I decided to just rent the pickup instead. I was having a really crappy day, my truck broke down At the end of a move and was completely distraught. He had no idea what I been through, but yet was very accommodating, polite and most of all got me what I needed! I definitely will be visiting this location for all of my future needs!
U-Haul staff at the desk did not wear a mask indoors and was not friendly! And, he did not require other customers to wear masks! The indoor space smelled like cigarette smoke! Office was dirty and cluttered, and boxes were priced significantly more than Wal-Mart and Lowe's. There was a couch on the concrete just outside the front door. The couch was very dirty and disgusting. The cab of the truck we rented had not been cleaned in any way, with papers from two previous renters and packing material remnants on the floor. The dashboard was very dusty and the drink holder area was dirty with food crumbs. The inside of the front windshield had not been cleaned and had visible drips that were distracting while driving. Worst U-Haul location we've ever seen.
The only person that know how to use the computer was late. They were suppose to provide two dozen blankets but only provided 22 so we had to dig out blankets already packed to cover the remaining furniture. Their were pigeons in the ceiling so feathers and dirt kept dropping on us while we were waiting.
The gentleman at the front was amazing. He made my whole experience so enjoyable. The truck was clean and pretty. Filled up with gas and smooth riding. The staff was kind. I've already recommended this location to other friends at work.
we returned truck around 4pm. however they closed at 3 which i was not aware of. Had to do return online which is confusing. Make it simple, drop key in box. they can look at gas level and mileage when they open for business.
The location was great and staff was friendly. But reserving a vehicle through UHaul was a nightmare. The process was so difficult and bad that it took hours to complete after numerous calls and long wait times from UHaul.
Left my bible in that truck.....would love to get it back....
Was charged for mats I did not receive. Customer has to do to much for self check in and self check out. Was there 40 minutes checking in this morning. Sorry but that is ridiculous....
The manager was very rude...not a pleasant person at all...than hands me the ðŸ”‘ and tells me to go get the truck...there was about four trucks in the lot...he didn't even do a walk through...he was just plain rude...never again...
Scheduled pick up time was 10am. Did not receive â€œapproval for rental qualificationsâ€ until over 40 minutes after scheduled pick up time and sat in a hot parking lot waiting after showing up for my scheduled pick up. Reached out to customer service through three different sources (phone, email, and online chat) five separate times and did not receive a single response. Paid to rent a utility dolly during time of van rental, and dolly was not provided.
