I had a reservation at a different location they never opened so your main office switched it to this one and they didn’t seem happy. Was even told yes this truck was meant for someone else but uhual pulled it for you. Don’t appreciate being mad to feel bad for tjis

Robert TI rented a uhaul truck from Kodak TN and was moving to Hedgesville WV. Upon arriving in Hedgesville WV the Kodak TN uhaul informed my wife that the previous rental person left a handgun in the glove compartment box. I went to check and there was a loaded revolver right where my 3 yr old son was sitting. At this point we were extremely upset. If my 3 year old had gotten his hands on it it could have been devastating not to mention crossing over states with strict gun laws cold have made me a felon. We called the Hedgesville WV sheriff's department to come retrieve the firearm. My wife started receiving phone calls from the person who owns the firearm. Not only did they leave a firearm in the vehicle but uhaul also gave a complete stranger my wife's information. Will never use uhaul again and neither should anybody else. Horrible customer service, way overpriced, and you can become a felon overnight or dead dealing with this company. No number to corporate either. I have an incident number and still no upper management has contacted me in regards to this. Its disgusting the way uhaul operates.

STEPHEN MPost clear signs at the entrance stating that friendly dogs are on the premises. While not on a leash, they may cause some fear, so be aware before entering.
MOISE EI would not recommend this place for anybody else because I was told that as long as the truck wasn’t moved that I wouldn’t get charged no more and I got charged more 80 some dollars more on top of 191 so yeah very disappointed and they took from my family so I wouldn’t commute this to anybody

MEAGHAN MWhen picked up the cargo van there was trash in the front with cups from long John silvers in the cup holder a skull air freshener hanging from wiper signal arm and a big black trash bag in the cargo area. I had the employee remove the trash before I left the lot and swept out the cargo area when I got home and cleaned the front cab area with wipes such as the dash area cup holders center area and floor and both doors as it looked like spills were previously made. I returned it in much better condition than I received it. I think with how we check in/return the vehicles via the app, that things like that are missed. I think that all locations should still check the condition themselves of the turned on vehicles to ensure they are ready for the next customer. I will still go to this location as it may be the person that rented before turned it in that way via the app. Just suggest that they do a quick check of the equipment themselves

CHYLLE DBest u haul location I ever used. They've installed my wiring and bent over backwards to make sure I got the right equipment to do the job. Highly recommended.
BURNEY SIt was not 100% clear that this was the pick up location from the information on the app. Not a big problem big I went initially to the wrong location nearby for pick up. I was very happy that the pick up time was flexible in my case 🙂
ERIK VRegarding clean and well maintained; its a rental so not necessarily known for being clean, however it was perfect for what I needed. As for maintenance, I'm not a mechanic so I have no idea. I will recommend and probably used again in the next few days. Thank you

Shiloh LInitially was overcharged on mileage but they immediately resolved the error and refunded me my money within an hour of alerting them. Great team to work with.
EDWIN NClarification on my drop off time. The guy who rented the trailer to me said it could go back anytime between 7am and 8pm, so I got charged an extra day. Not happy about that.
JARED WThe manager was very helpful! I was a walk in hoping to rent a truck but none were available however I was offered the use of a van. The process was very easy!
Jennifer C-engine light was on -charged me for two days when we only had it for one -no keys in drop box -truck reserved wasn't available -> ended up at the place for over an hour at 12am! bless the woman on the end of the 24/7 number for driving 30 minutes to give us keys.

DAWN TWay too expensive. 90$ for mileage alone and then having to put in 50$ gas plus rental fee ? Who can afford that these days. Best to do it yourself with friends trucks.

NEFTALI GTruck was dirty inside and out Trash and liquor bottles cigarette ashes inside cab Ants in the cargo area cargo blankets were wet and smelt like mold had to store in the mom's attic so unable to use that portion of truck that I paid for pick up location basically handed me the keys they did no walk around with me inside or out pointed me out to the lot and said there's the truck very poor customer service
