Everything was great from the check in to the return a great place. It is also very convenient for me as I was running a Special Olympics event and I had storage close by, venue was a couple miles away and overall it worked out well for me. Will always use for any rentals I need. It is not that far from my house either. Thank you

ALEXANDER LThis is my personal recommendation based on my experiences. 1) Walk the customer out to their truck and not just give them the key and tell them it is out the door. 2) Assist the customer with the basic functions or operation of the truck. 3) Print out the paperwork before and after the contract or transaction are completed immediately instead of emailing to the customer. What happened if there is problem with my phone (dead battery or damaged phone) and I got pulled over by a police officer? I would not have any immediate proof of insurance and/ or rental documentation to show the officer. This can lead to major issues when this could have been prevented if paperwork was provided instantly when paper work were processed. 4) Having to take the photos on the application yourself. This should be included and done you the staff as a customer services. Wasted my time doing other people job (I believe). I’m not sure if this is U-Haul policy or the facility I rented the truck from but this was a disappointing experience. If I had another option in renting from another company, I would consider giving them the chance.

John SThis location isn’t equipped for servicing uhaul. It’s a gas station that has customers coming in non stop. I continually had to wait for my rental to be given to me while the attendant serviced the customers walking in. When I dropped off, they would not check with me present. I would not recommend this location.

CRUZ CI uploaded pictures of my drivers license on the app last night. But upon arriving at the location, why were copies of ID and credit card required again? Then a photo of myself was taken. I rented a $20 van, the only things you’re missing is my social security number and finger prints. I’m never renting from U-Haul again. Your information requirements are too invasive.

JAMES WThere should be more staff. When I returned the car, there was only one person serving. She not only had to deal with the car rental and return, but also had to sell goods and clean the place, so that I could not get the checkout documents immediately after returning the car. She asked me to drop off the car and keys without giving me any documents. She just verbally promised to email me a few hours later, but I never received the email.

MARIA MMy U-Haul rental experience was disappointing. First, attempting to reserve a truck on the website was confounding, so I chose the chat option. The rep there told me that she couldn't help me make a reservation and that I should use the app. I installed the app which was an OK experience. It too was frustrating me when it only gave me the option to pick up the truck at midnight to 1 am. I finally understood that the location I had selected wasn't open for the 10 hours that I had requested for my rental. It would have been nice for a notification to pop up alerting me to that problem. I chose another location and it went smoothly from there. When I arrived for pick up, I was told that the 24 moving blankets and the refrigerator dolly that I had been promised would be in the truck were not available. The clerk commiserated with me and let me have 5 blankets and a standard dolly for free. I appreciated that. I immediately drove to a Home Depot to rent a fridge dolly. The truck was loud and rough riding, but otherwise worked fine. I will hesitate to use U-Haul again in the future.

Robert GStreamline check in process to have it done mostly online. I did online check in but still need to go through a lot of check in process in person at the store. The wait was long. The whole check in process at the pick up location was slow and inefficient.

Zongzhen LRental and mileage charges way too expensive. Might have to use another source for my next rental. Only had the truck for 2-3 hours and the mileage distance calculated by rep was incorrect.

Robert MVan was dirty and the shock absorbers need replacing as any little or big bump made the van jump up and down. Had a bad experience with the lady employee as she marked the gas tank incorrectly at 15/16 instead of 7/8 and refused to adjust it before I left. She just told me to file a dispute because she didn’t have time for this. She was very rude to treat a customer like this. For the headache she caused me for having to do a formal dispute is very bad customer service. I will be going to Google to submit a bad review. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Shaun B1. When I returned the truck, the staff said just leave the key without verifying gas and mileage. 2. I only drove 5 miles. That night I got a bill of $30 for gas. 3. The lady called Dawn at the gas station admitted it was her mistake reporting the wrong gas guage. She said she will call the office to fix that and give me a call. Never did. Went there the next day 2pm, she asked me to call the office myself. 4. Reported this to the office. I was told the manager will call me within 2 business days. Never did. 5. I checked my bank account and noticed the gas charge was refunded. But I was not notified at all. Will never come to this location and will think twice if I want to rent from UHaul again.

JAMES WHello, There are a few issues that I have with this location 1. There are at least 15 day laborers that are either in the fuel area and in the vicinity. 2. I feel unsafe because they motion with their hands and move a step or 2 toward you and solicit if you need help. 3. When you say no, they mumble to the other day laborers, I don't know if they are saying anything negative. There body language suggest that they are. But I am not sure. I don't feel as safe as I should. 4. When I brought my rental back at 12:35 pm. The person that helped me out with renting the unit out said that they will check the rental later and send me an email receipt. 5. I've rented out several rentals in the last few weeks and the other places check your rental immediately when you turn the unit in. That, I view as standard, because of the nature of the business. Even now at 3:10, they still have not checked the vehicle. This is not normal. The vehicle should be checked at the time the customer returns the vehicle. 6. Also, the store was not busy at the time and they had two clerks working behind the counter. There is no excuse Thank you, Kyle Louie
KYLE LYes it was very convenient for me and the work I do supporting Special Olympics. Staff were efficient and check back in good. The only thing is the truck needs new wiper blades. Thank you
Russell EThe truck was well maintained, but it wasn’t very clean. There were crumbs in the cab all over the place the inside of the box was pretty dirty, and the exterior definitely could use a wash. To be fair it’s not anything unexpected since it is a moving truck. Overall was a great experience, just a couple side notes that could be noted for future renters :)
